Wanting to know what all this talk about 3D, 4D, and 5D consciousness really means?
There are 2 main things you need to know in regards to the different Dimensions:
Energetic Frequency & the consciousness that follows.
It's almost impossible to hold the frequency at the same time as upgrading the consciousness as we usually do that with experience and the way to achieve that is by contrast.
You walk the journey first, before being given the gift of hindsight, then the mind kicks in with action to understand the catalyst that moved you from one Dimension to another.
This is what we call Ascension.

Welcome to life in 3D!
3D is what we refer to as the Matrix brain, it's asleep and has not yet woken up. Most of the human population is currently making the transition out of the 3D physical realm and awakening into 4D.
In 3D, that lightbulb moment is yet to happen and we are simply running an ancestral generational program that we have not yet been able to break free from. This is by far the most fun of all Dimensions which is why so many choose to stay, because growing requires a sacrifice that many become unwilling to make.
The most common sign that someone is still living in the Third Dimension:
They regularly drink alcohol.

As your physical body begins to break down in structure, you can now feel absolutely EVERYTHING!
The Fourth Dimension of Consciousness is entry into the Astral Spiritual realm as you begin to feel energy for the first time. To be blunt, people begin to make you feel sick just by being around them.
The diet changes and the frequency soon follows. With the elimination of alcohol, your spiritual gifts begin to show up. So too does the fatigue.

You've reached 5D Sovereignty!
5D is where you basically get handed the keys to the galaxy. The veil becomes lifted and you finally begin to work out 3D, 4D and 5D though the contrast of all 3 Dimensions. Everything begins to make more sense now that you're no longer flying blind.
You begin to understand what all this talk about 'grounding' means now that you realise how high you've been your whole life, yet couldn't articulate the mental and emotional overwhelm so early on in the journey.
The 5th Dimension is by far the most explosive in regards to being action packed, however, living a self-less life of service can also be mundane in comparison to your old 3D life. That being said, when you are moving at the speed of light, which 5D is your Lightbody, you learn to simplify every day.
This is why most have been taken out of the 3D PAYG employment by this stage and getting deeper into mission work, without the need to chase money as an attachment to 4D. Your 5D energetic love becomes your final anchor into 4D and to break into the Fifth Dimension you will need to be riding solo at that time. Once you rise into Fifth, attract your partner you will most definitely eventually drop back into 4D again with the density of having an attachment again.
Basically your new 4D energy is a hotspot to lift up those in 3D and they know how different you make them feel. How good it feels to be around you once you're on an Ascension!
That is until your conscious awareness takes over and you cut the cords with all toxic environments causing illness.
In our current era, 4D is the most comfortable of all Dimensions.
While vibrating in 4D you come to an early undertanding that you're going to need a lot more solitude, celibacy and supplements to support yourself while living life in the Fourth Dimension of consciousness.
The most common sign that someone is living in the Fourth Dimension:
They like to do Meditation and have removed alcohol from their lives.
Before you know it you're starting to get a lens into 5D as you reach the higher 4D and your 5D density begins to break the surface. This is when spiritual phenomena really shows up and it becomes hard work just to stay here on Earth, with one foot remaining in each world.
This dimension can last a decade and the reason it gets so heavy on anatomy & physiology is due to the fact that you are essentially cleaning up a big toxic mess from all that fun you had while in the density of your 3D body. You're also still remaining connected to lingering toxic friends from the Third Dimension, still draining the life out of you.
